Chrissy is a marathoner and triathlete herself as well as a USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, and she is the author of “Eat to Peak: Sports Nutrition for Runners and Triathletes.”
After finding success in building her blog, Chrissy became passionate about helping other wellness enthusiasts start successful and profitable blogs. In 2017, she launched her PinSmart course on growing traffic through Pinterest, and in 2018, she launched Build A Wellness Blog to reach a larger audience!
