Link to your Google Business Profile account - this is especially relevant if you are looking to attract local businesses since you’ll be able to show up on Google maps.
Launch with at least 10 blog posts published - you can do even more if you have the bandwidth. This will help speed up the keywords that get ranked on your website.
Build hype before the launch date rolls around - I see this problem with so many websites; they wait until their website is online before telling people about it. Ideally, you want to be letting people know about your website launch up to 3 months before.
