Welcome Season 2! What is Digital Overwhelm again? / ep 40
Aaannd we're back! Season 2! Ahh! It felt great to take a break from the podcast but I'll be honest - I missed it a bit. In the past months, I've been thinking a lot about how I want this podcast to help creative women with their online businesses and I kept coming back to the emotional and mindset skills we must have to really cut through all the content we get exposed to online.
Part of our job is to capture and connect, but I'd say most of us consume way more content than we need to, which then leads to digital overwhelm.
In this episode, Carolina and I get into how digital overwhelm has impacted our lives since we've decided to start a business and what shifts we've made in the last 6 months to improve our resistances and battle it so we can be the best at what we do online.
We get into routines, structures, awareness ideas and really what it takes to be smart about handling all the outside stimulus and distractions when it comes to having an online business.
We also get into some sneak peeks into Season 2, episodes we have planned, and our overall objective with the podcast.
Enjoy!
