Welcome Season 2! What is Digital Overwhelm again? / ep 40
Aaannd we're back! Season 2! Ahh! It felt great to take a break from the podcast but I'll be honest - I missed it a bit. In the past months, I've been thinking a lot about how I want this podcast to help creative women with their online businesses and I kept coming back to the emotional and mindset skills we must have to really cut through all the content we get exposed to online.
Part of our job is to capture and connect, but I'd say most of us consume way more content than we need to, which then leads to digital overwhelm.
In this episode, Carolina and I get into how digital overwhelm has impacted our lives since we've decided to start a business and what shifts we've made in the last 6 months to improve our resistances and battle it so we can be the best at what we do online.
We get into routines, structures, awareness ideas and really what it takes to be smart about handling all the outside stimulus and distractions when it comes to having an online business.
We also get into some sneak peeks into Season 2, episodes we have planned, and our overall objective with the podcast.
It is so fun to talk to other online service providers who are passionate about what they do - and Tony is one of them! He runs Intentional Spark, an online advertising company.
It was such a pleasure to talk to Randy Taran of the Project Happiness. Her mission is so inspiring and during this interview she gives us some powerful tools to drastically impact our mental health on a day to day business.
It was so exciting to talk to Marquis Matson of BookRetreats about heart-centered SEO practices. I don’t often bring on other SEO experts on the podcast but I couldn’t pass up this opportunity!
If Systems has been something you’ve been avoiding in your business up until now, this is the podcast episode for you! I loved Kerryn’s chill and inspiring vibe when it comes to talking about systems.
It was so much fun to talk to Felisha of Clout Clique about what it means to rebrand. As someone who recently went through their own rebranding experience, I had so many questions for Felisha on her take on this topic.
In this week’s podcast I get to talk to Liz Willits of AWeber, who is a seasoned expert when it comes to powerful email marketing, and we talk through some advanced email strategies for health and wellness businesses – including how to recycle content without it feeling weird.
In this episode I interview Madeleine Lambert of Content Refined, one of the amazing SEO experts I’ve connected with recently. We get into important SEO tips when it comes to content creation, and what it really takes to consistently create content that drives traffic to your site.
In this week’s episode, I talk to Jonathan Bentz of DOM (Direct Online Marketing) a Digital Marketing agency. We talk about the “digital circle of life” and how to balance your social post with your search (or blog) marketing.
In this episode, I talk to Eliza Bultz of Made for Profit Design and we discuss what 3 key elements you need to make your site successful for 2019. We also give you some easy actions to take to start this process today, whether it be making some small tweaks or hiring a Web Designer.
