Outsourcing for the first time / ep75

Alvaro and I are back for Season 2 of the So Called Tech News (and psst – we are going to be renaming these episodes so stay tuned). We get into some interesting stories including Google\’s internal diversity scandal, how Netflix is not using their data in the smartest way, and a new tool that makes it easier to stream your own audio (including podcasting!)

The last episode of every month is reserved for the So Called Tech News episode, which I host with Alvaro Pujals. It is tech news for the busy creative who doesn\’t have time to read about what is going on in the larger tech world and wants to stay up to date!

This week on the So Called Tech News episode, Alvaro and I talk about a couple of interesting stories.

I had a very holistic conversation Liz Lockwood about the word “hustle” and what it means to trust your own pace when it comes to having an online business. Liz runs a Facebook group (link below) and she has some experience when it comes to tuning out the noise that is the internet and really trusting your own process.

This week I get to talk to Jordana Jaffe, the owner of Gena + Jordana & Your Magical Business Facebook Group. We get into her first intentions with opening a Facebook and it isn’t what you expect it to be!

In this episode, Cinthia talks a little bit about her inspiration behind Digitally Overwhelmed and why she was inspired to create the podcast.
