This is something I was inspired to do starting in 2018 when I noticed a lot of my audience wanted my 1:1 SEO support but weren’t ready for a full-on SEO implementation service.

The focus of the SEO retainers is two-fold :

The SEO Retainer includes:

3 Custom Keywords Suggestions per month.

These are curated keywords that will help you rank faster and will specifically target the type of clients your business is looking for. I’ll also be giving you specific suggestions on what type of content to create with the keywords and how to stand out from the competition. You can request up to 8 keywords per month, if it is relevant to your blogging and content plan.

Custom Content Outlines

Once you confirm the keywords you are ready to set up, I’ll send you a custom content outline, infused with SEO foundations that will help the content rank faster. You and your team will be able to work off this outline to build the content easily and know exactly where to include the keywords.

Monthly Keyword Progress report.

This is my signature Keyword Progress report where I give you specific information about where you are currently ranking now, what keywords you could rank in, and what I suggest to quicken the process. Even though SEO results take time, that doesn’t mean we don’t see progress right away - this is what this monthly report is for!

New “light” SEO Retainer

If you are looking for just monthly keyword reporting, the new light SEO retainer provides you just with this monthly reporting, as well as Email/Voxer support on general SEO questions. This is a great way to start to get awareness about your SEO, without targeting new keywords just yet.

My name is Cinthia! I’m passionate about SEO and believe that what you are called to share is what the world desperately needs to hear from you. I worked for over 4 years in the corporate space helping large companies with their websites and Web Analytics. Since transitioning to the small business + entrepreneur space, I’ve worked with over 65 businesses and websites on their SEO and Digital Marketing. In my world, SEO isn’t a spammy icky thing that you HAVE to do, but instead an exciting creative journey that is actively integrated into the rest of your marketing. 

I also love cats, dogs, traveling (I’m Argentine/Canadian), and journaling in cute planners.

FAQ

How is this different from AIM experience?

Great question! The AIM process is a 10-month Done for your service that includes an extensive audit, implementation, and monitor phase. This is my VIP service where I work directly with you and your team on your SEO. In AIM, I make actual changes to your website and implement keywords as part of the service. The Retainer is hands off doesn’t include my hand on support as much (unless you decide to include an add-on)

There is also a more intensive portion of AIM where we implement several content pieces all at once. The SEO retainers are much more gradual since I’m giving you keywords slowly over time. 

The AIM experience is designed for more advanced businesses and website, while the retainer is more for a newer website or a website that’s never done SEO before in the past. Click here to read more about the AIM experience.

How long until I see results from SEO retainers?

SEO is a long term marketing investment that has more stable and focused results. Most of my clients take a minimum of 6-months to see results but this may be faster depending your website, business, and industry. Check out more of my clients results here: https://digitalbloomiq.com/results

How much time does me and my team need to set aside for our work together?

It depends on how much blog content you are creating and your marketing routine but I recommend setting aside at least 1 - 3 hours monthly to interact with me via emails. After that, you will need some more time to create content and implement any changes I recommend for your website. 

How does the Voxer/email support work? 

You can email me or Voxer me with any questions or comments about our SEO work. I will respond within 24 hours with my response. This allows for more of a dialogue to happen and I can give you more personalized recommendations around your SEO strategy. 

How do the add-ons work?

Every month at the end of the month, I will send you a list of potential add-ons and give you the opportunity to request the service for the following month. You let me know which add-on (keyword implementation, seo mini audit, etc.) and any key dates on your marketing calendar. Once I approve the add-on, I’ll let you know when it will be complete and any additional information I need on my side.

When will I receive the Before you Publish Checklist?

The Checklist you will receive once your retainer is confirmed and as part of the onboarding process.
